1. Acceptance

By hiring or accessing any LinguaLux service, the student declares having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

1.1 Individual Agreements

LinguaLux may formalize the service through a personalized contract sent digitally. This contract specifies rules such as schedule, timetable, payments, package conditions, and student obligations.
Digital acceptance has full legal validity.
By purchasing any package or service, the student agrees that LinguaLux may request this contractual confirmation.

2. Services

LinguaLux offers private lessons, group classes, digital courses, and educational materials.
The features, duration, and prices of each package are communicated before payment.

3. Schedule, Timetable, and Punctuality

The student is assigned a fixed schedule, reserved exclusively for them.

Classes begin and end at the scheduled time, even if the student joins late.

There is a 10-minute grace period; if the student does not notify and does not attend within this time, the class is considered completed.

The student must attend lessons from a suitable location, without other people interacting, observing, or causing distractions. If this occurs, the lesson may be stopped and will be considered completed.

Internet issues, device problems, audio, or video failures on the student’s side do not qualify for class replacement.

4. Rescheduling and Schedule Changes

Classes are not rescheduled for any personal, work-related, family, emotional, or technical reasons of the student.

Classes are rescheduled only when LinguaLux cancels due to its own reasons.

Schedule changes are only possible at the start of a new monthly period and only if both parties have availability.

For the following period, the student may request changes before payment, with a limited number of adjustments. Once payment is made, the schedule is closed and final.

5. Payments and Renewals

All payments are made in advance.

The student’s spot is reserved only after payment. If payment is not made on the agreed date, the schedule may be assigned to another student.

There are no refunds and no accumulation of classes for future months.

LinguaLux will only replace classes that it cancels.

Any price adjustments will be communicated at least one month in advance.

6. Student Obligations

The student agrees to:

• Carefully review the schedule before payment.

• Not request rescheduling or exceptions after payment.

• Attend classes on time with proper equipment.

• Keep the camera on and study in an appropriate environment.

• Maintain respectful behavior at all times.

• Not record or distribute classes or materials without written authorization.

7. Materials and Intellectual Property

All materials provided by LinguaLux (videos, PDFs, exercises, audios, texts, images) are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, distributed, or sold without permission.

8. Conduct and Behavior

LinguaLux may suspend or terminate the service, without refund, if the student:

• repeatedly violates the rules,

• demands prohibited rescheduling,

• disrupts the normal functioning of classes,

• displays disrespectful, inappropriate, or uncomfortable behavior.

Any inappropriate behavior allows LinguaLux to stop the class and consider it completed.

9. LinguaLux Responsibilities

LinguaLux commits to:

• Conducting classes at the agreed schedule.

• Adapting content to the student’s level.

• Providing study materials.

• Sending support materials when the student misses a class (without replacement).

• Replacing only the classes that LinguaLux cancels.

LinguaLux is not responsible for the student’s internet or equipment issues, nor for schedule reminders.

10. Duration and Termination

The service operates on monthly periods and renews upon payment for a new month.
Either party may terminate the service with one month’s prior notice.
If the student terminates without notice, no refund applies.

11. Unforeseen Situations

Any situation not covered herein will be resolved according to the general principles of the service:
dates are fixed, classes are not rescheduled, and the student is responsible for their study conditions.
